We talk. I’ll ask you some poignant questions about your journey to discover what is keeping you back from reaching your goals. I’ll also explain my coaching methods so we can get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit.
We get real. Our time together will create vulnerability that will allow us to dig deeper to discover your goals, your passions and what you want your life and finances to look like. We’ll take time to create positive shifts in your mindset, supported by your true value and self-worth. I will help you develop a health and fitness plan that feels right to you that allows you to reach your goals, all while enjoying life in the process!

We live life together. My coaching method offers you 1:1 access to me through your private coaching sessions. This provides accountability to set and reach your health and fitness goals.
