Let’s rebuild together!

What You'll Actually Get

  • Build real strength — a program built around your body and your life right now, not generic templates

  • Eat in a way that fuels you, without restriction, guilt, or starting over every Monday

  • Use every workout as proof you're capable — and watch that confidence bleed into the rest of your life

  • Have a coach who's actually been where you are, not just studied it

  • This isn't a 30-day fix. It's the start of you proving to yourself, week after week, exactly what you're capable of.

Who This Is For

  • You're rebuilding your life after a breakup or divorce, recent or a couple years out, doesn't matter

  • You're done waiting to “feel ready” and want to start DOING something

  • You want a coach, not a cheerleader with no plan

  • You're not looking for therapy (though if you need it, I'll point you that direction) — you're looking for action

  • You've thought about getting back in the gym but don't know where to start, or you're scared you'll quit again.

  • You want your body and your confidence back — not for him, for YOU.

how MY coaching works

1. We assess. First session, we look at where you are right now — your body, your schedule, your relationship with food and movement, what's worked before and what hasn't. No vague "journey" talk. I need real information to build a plan that actually fits your life, starting this week.

2. We build the plan. You get a real strength training program and a simple nutrition structure, built around your body and your actual schedule — not a generic template, not a 30-day reset that falls apart in week two. This is the proof-of-concept phase: you start doing the thing, not just thinking about it.

3. You execute. I adjust. Every week, you train, you eat, you show up — and every week, I look at what's actually happening and adjust the plan. Lift goes up, plan progresses. Life gets hectic, plan flexes. This isn't willpower. It's a system that holds you accountable to the woman you're building, not the one you used to be.

4. You stack the evidence. Each session is reps in the bank — literal proof you can rely on yourself. That's not a metaphor. It's the deadlift PR, the meal you planned instead of skipped, the week you didn't quit. Do that enough weeks in a row, and "I don't know who I am right now" turns into "I know exactly what I'm capable of."
